Sista-to-Sista embodies the challenges Karen faced through her own personal experiences. The mission is simple: to uplift, inspire, and equip women of color with tools to thrive in their personal and professional life. A passionate entrepreneur, Karen is the visionary behind Karenna’s Home Decor and Karenna’s Design Studio, where she transforms everyday living and workspaces into beautiful, functional sanctuaries. She recently expanded her business ventures with the launch of Karenna’s Design Studio, an upscale showroom and design center. Her leadership ability is as impressive as her designs, and her tenacious spirit has not only led her to build a successful business but also to inspire and uplift her community. Beyond her entrepreneurial success, Karen is the founder of Girl Power, a platform dedicated to equipping and empowering women with the tools they need to become the best versions of themselves. This ministry is focused on reviving and restoring women from all walks of life, guiding them to understand God's direction and purpose. As a pastor’s wife, she extends her influence beyond business and ministry, embodying charismatic leadership and spiritual mentorship.

Karen also established the Annie Cooper Hope Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing hope and support during life’s most challenging moments. She firmly believes in being a light for others, living by the guiding principle of Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. "Through Sista-to-Sista, Karen is on a mission to uplift, encourage, and inspire women to embrace their power, find strength in their struggles, and walk boldly in their purpose.
